Working Environment

Neurodan is firmly grounded in the Scandinavian management style with a flat hierarchy – the key words being involvement, communication, trust, cross-department cooperation, and self-leadership.

The atmosphere is relaxed, informal, and humorous. To support good working relations we have a number of social activities, e.g. joint breakfast once a week, joint lunch each day, movie club, sports club, family events, etc.

Each year we carry out an Employee Satisfaction Survey to evaluate the working environment in the company. We are quite proud of the overall results, as can be seen below.
